Recently the Earley Law Group Injury Lawyers was able to secure a settlement for a client who was injured at a bar. While walking down a ramp in the bar, her ankle rolled off the ramp. She did not slip and fall, or trip and fall.

We filed a lawsuit against the bar that leased the space where this occurred, as well as the property owner. We hired an expert engineer that wrote a report that said the ramp was dangerous because it was an unsafe elevation change. We also hired a medical doctor who found our client sustained permanent personal injuries due to this incident.

The client suffered a serious ankle injury and enjoys playing sports, which she was limited in doing because of this incident.
