Businessman shaking hands to seal a deal

Similar to buying a car, or even renting an apartment – there are many things to consider when hiring an attorney. Just as important it is to hire the right lawyer, it is equally important to avoid hiring the wrong one. Here’s some things to look out for as you search for the right lawyer […]

I am not offering anything substantive in this post, but, I am (shamelessly!) gloating the fact that this is my 500th post. Back in 2006 when I first started blogging, blogging was a relatively new platform that few, if any, personal injury lawyers were taking advantage of. I am happy that I discovered blogging back then […]

Jeffrey Catalano, who is a great Boston trial lawyer, and who I refer cases to, has a great blog called Victim Rights Blog and I encourage all my readers to go check it out. There is some great content, as Jeffrey tirelessly champions for victims’ rights in a time when they are often ignored.

Boston attorney Dmitry Lev has recently started the Boston Bankruptcy Blog which provides information to those considering filing for personal bankruptcy in Massachusetts. In the last couple of years the bankruptcy laws have been revised considerably. Check out attorney Lev’s blog if you have questions regarding bankruptcy.

I am pleased to announce this is my 400th post to the Massachusetts Personal Injury Blog. It has been a pleasure writing this blog, and I thank those of you who read the blog! Stay tuned for some exciting changes to the blog that will be happening very soon.

Boston Attorney Joshua Paulin has set up a great blog called the Boston Immigration and Nationality Blog. Attorney Paulin’s blog is relatively new, but I encourage you to visit it for information regarding immigration issues that you or a loved one may be facing.

Boston attorney Jason Stone has created a blog entitled “Boston Personal Injury Law.” He is off to a great start on what looks like a great new blog offering information about Massachusetts personal injury law. Check it out!

There is a new legal blog provided by The Washington Post and it is called Bench Conference. Check it out.

Undoubtedly one of the most comprehensive personal injury blogs on the internet, I encourage you to visit the Wisconsin Personal Injury Lawyers Blog to gain information that may be of relevance to you if you have been hurt in an accident.

David Brannen, a personal injury attorney in Nova Scotia, Canada, has a great blog devoted to personal injury law. I like the blog because it illuminates the differences, as well as the similarities between personal injury law in Canada and in the United States. His blog is entitled Injury Law Blog.
