Victims of personal injury accidents frequently are interested in learning about what they may be entitled to. They frequently want to know “How much will my case settle for?” The answer really depends on different factors. Here are some of the them.

Rather, consideration of all the factors of a given case, and trying to determine what a jury would award for the case, is the best and truest way to determine what a given case should settle for.
