Factors That Influence the Value of a Massachusetts Injury Claim

This list does not cover all factors that determine the value of a claim, only some of them:

– Type of accident;

– Whether or not the accident was partly your fault;

– The type of injury was sustained;

– Whether or not you had surgery;

– Whether or not the injury is permanent;

– Whether or not you lost time from work, and how much you were making at the time;

– The amount of your medical bills;

– Whether or not your health insurance provider filed a lien against a settlement;

– Whether or not the injuries you claim existed, at least partially, prior to the accident.

"Chris helped me with an extremely difficult time in my life due to a car accident. Even after the settlement, he continued to advocate for me when I was receiving collections notices that were not valid. You can feel assured he will do a great job." Angela C.
