Single-car crash on MA-3 at Exit 22 kills 1, injures 1

DUXBURY, MA – A solo collision along the highway in east-central Plymouth County killed one person and injured one other on Saturday, reports NBC 10 Boston.

The accident occurred around 11 p.m. near Exit 22 on the northbound side of MA-3 in Duxbury, which is approximately 34 miles south of Boston.

At this time, police haven’t commented on the cause or circumstances of the crash except to say that one person succumbed to their injuries. Authorities haven’t yet disclosed the name of the deceased.

Medics transported a second victim to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
