REHOBOTH, MA – Emergency crews responded on Christmas Eve to a rollover crash in west-central Bristol County, reports abc 6 Providence Now.
The accident occurred sometime in the afternoon on in the 440 to 450 block Winthrop Street, or US-44, in Rehoboth, which is is around 47 miles southwest of Boston.
Police aren’t yet sure what caused a vehicle to crash into a telephone pole and overturn. The impact of the collision split the pole and damaged the vehicle.
It’s unclear if anyone in the vehicle sustained injuries or required hospitalization.
Motorists likely encountered delays along Winthrop Street in the area of River Street while crews worked to clear the wreck.
