1 arrested in Springfield injury collision at Boston and Pasco

SPRINGFIELD, MA – Two people were hurt, and one person was arrested Tuesday night in a two-vehicle crash on the northeast side of Springfield, reports WWLP 22.

At 9:15 p.m., emergency crews responded to an incident at Boston and Pasco Roads, which is just east of Five Mile Pond Park and southwest of Loon Pond.

There’s no word yet regarding the cause of the accident or the manner in which the two vehicles impacted.

Medics transported both occupants of one vehicle to a Hampden County hospital with injuries of unknown severity.

Ludlow Police arrested the other driver. It’s unclear if the charges brought against the driver are related to the collision.
