Double-injury crash reported on Scannell Rd in Randolph

RANDOLPH, MA – Two people were injured early Wednesday in a single-vehicle crash in eastern Norfolk County, reports WCVB 5.

Shortly before 2 a.m., emergency crews responded to an accident at 26 Scannell Road in Randolph, which is around 16 miles south of Boston.

Authorities say that for unknown reasons, a driver lost control of a pickup truck and crashed into a house, entrapping one of the two occupants.

Medics transported both occupants to an area hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.

It’s unclear if anyone inside the home sustained injuries.
