1 hospitalized after multi-car crash at Dollar Tree in Beverly

BEVERLY, MA – One person sustained injuries Monday in a multi-vehicle collision that happened in the parking lot of a southwest Essex County store, reports WCVB 5.

The accident occurred shortly before 10:30 p.m. at the Dollar Tree in Beverly, which is located at 48 Dodge Street.

Police haven’t commented on the cause of the crash. They say that six vehicles were involved and that a woman was hospitalized for non-life-threatening injuries after at least one of the cars hit her in the parking lot.

Two other victims became entrapped in their vehicles and required extrication.

A full investigation is underway.
