Multi-vehicle crash near Cohannet and Silver injures 2 teens

TAUNTON, MA – Two teens and one adult sustained injuries Thursday afternoon in a three-vehicle crash in northeast Bristol County, reports Boston 25 News.

The accident happened around 1 p.m. near the intersection of Cohannet Street and Silver Street in southwest Taunton. This is about 38 miles south of Boston.

Police haven’t yet disclosed the cause of the collision, which they say involved a 2018 Toyota RAV4, a 2017 Toyota Camry, and a motorcycle.

The occupants of the motorcycle — a 16-year-old boy and a 15-year-old boy — went to area hospitals with injuries of unknown severity.

The 51-year-old female driver of the Camry also required hospitalization.

The driver of the RAV4 did not sustain injuries in the crash.
