The Cardinal Rule When Dealing With Insurance Adjusters: Respect

If you are handling your Massachusetts personal injury claim on your own without a Massachusetts personal injury attorney, I am going to give you a tip:  Treat the adjuster with respect.  You must remember to remain at all times professional and polite.  You must not forget the interests of the insurance company (for whom the adjuster works for) are diametrically opposed to your interests.  But, no matter how heated things get when negotiating your Massachusetts personal injury claim, always remain calm and respectful toward the adjuster.
