Effectively Negotiating a Personal Injury Claim

As I have mentioned on previous posts, in order for you to obtain full and fair value from an insurance adjuster on your injury claim, you have to know how to negotiate with the insurance adjuster. While of course I discourage you from negotiating your claim on your own without an attorney, if you decide to go at it on your own, I suggest you read the following article written by Dan Baldyga, entitled NEGOTIATING YOUR PERSONAL INJURY CLAIM WITH THE TYPICAL INSURANCE ADJUSTER. And please note, that the example given in that article is one of a face to face negotiation. But be aware that most negotiations of personal injury claims usually take place on the telephone.
