About Christopher Earley
Christopher Earley is a Boston personal injury attorney, author, speaker, legal columnist, podcast host, and founder and CEO of Earley Law Group Injury Lawyers. Since becoming an attorney in 2004, Chris has devoted his legal career exclusively to representing injured people throughout Massachusetts.
In addition to building Earley Law Group from a solo practice into a leading Massachusetts personal injury law firm, Chris has become a nationally recognized law firm thought leader, teaching attorneys inside and outside Massachusetts about law firm growth, leadership, culture, marketing, personal development, and building successful practices while leading happier, more fulfilling lives.
More Than 20 Years Devoted to Personal Injury Law
Chris founded his practice immediately after graduating from New England Law in 2004 and made the decision from day one to focus exclusively on personal injury law.
For more than 20 years, he has represented people injured in car accidents, premises liability accidents, dog bites, workplace accidents, and other incidents caused by the negligence of others.
That experience has shaped one of Chris’s core beliefs: injured people make better decisions when they have access to clear, honest information about their rights and the personal injury process.
Professional Recognition & Legal Leadership
Chris has been selected to Massachusetts Super Lawyers every year from 2019 through 2026.
He is active in the legal community and has been involved with organizations including the Massachusetts Bar Association, Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys, and Boston Bar Association.
Chris also regularly teaches and speaks to attorneys at legal conferences, bar associations, webinars, and other events across the country. After more than two decades of building Earley Law Group, he openly shares the lessons, successes, failures, and systems he has learned to help other lawyers build better firms and better lives.

American Bar Association & Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly Columnist
Chris regularly writes for lawyers and law firm leaders.
He writes for the American Bar Association about law firm management, leadership, marketing, professional development, and the business of practicing law.
Chris also writes Earley on Practice Management for Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly, sharing practical lessons and strategies for operating, growing, and leading a successful law firm.
Host of The Earley Show
Chris is the creator and host of The Earley Show, where he interviews leading personal injury attorneys, law firm owners, entrepreneurs, authors, and other thought leaders about law firm growth, leadership, culture, marketing, success, failure, and building more fulfilling lives.
Author of The Truth Series for Personal Injury Victims
Chris believes strongly that knowledge empowers injured people. That belief led him to write The Truth Series, five consumer books created to help personal injury victims and their families better understand their rights and the decisions they may face after an accident:
- The Truth About Massachusetts Auto Accidents
- The Truth About Massachusetts Workers’ Compensation Accidents
- The Truth About Massachusetts Slip & Fall Accidents
- The Truth About Massachusetts Dog Bites
- The Truth About Hiring the Right Lawyer for Your Case
Chris makes the books available for free because he believes injured people should have access to helpful information whether or not they ultimately become clients of Earley Law Group.
Beyond the Practice of Law

Chris’s personal experiences have helped shape the lawyer, business owner, husband, father, and leader he is today. Growing up, he experienced firsthand how addiction and adversity can turn a family’s life upside down. Those experiences helped shape his resilience and his belief in showing up for people during difficult times.
Chris and his wife, Rory Earley, share a strong commitment to giving back. Rory serves as Director of Chris Earley Cares, Earley Law Group’s community impact initiative, which supports local families, organizations, and causes throughout Greater Boston.
Chris tells more of his personal story and journey through adversity, healing, fatherhood, and personal growth in his memoir, Scaling the Wall: One Man’s Journey of Healing Childhood Trauma to Find Fulfillment and Success.
