Vehicle strikes, injures man on Grove Rd in S Milford

MILFORD, MA – An elderly man sustained serious internal injuries Tuesday morning in an auto-pedestrian crash in southeast Worcester County, reports NBC 10 Boston.

Around 9:30 a.m., emergency crews responded to reports of an accident along Grove Road on the south side of Milford.

Police say that a car struck the man, trapping him against a truck.

Medics transported the victim via air ambulance to an area hospital.

Authorities haven’t shared any details about the cause of the accident, nor have they indicated if the driver will face charges.
