SPRINGFIELD, MA – Injuries have been reported in connection to a crash that happened Wednesday morning in central Hampden County.
The collision occurred around 9 a.m. along the flyover from I-91 to I-291 in the Metro Center area of Springfield. This is about 91 miles southwest of Boston.
There’s no word yet regarding the cause of the accident, which Springfield Police say involved only one vehicle.
Medics transported one person from the involved vehicle to an area hospital with injuries of unknown severity.
