Ranitidine can contain N-Nitrosodimethylamine (NDMA), which has been shown to cause cancer, among other potential diseases and health risks.

Claims against Sanofi are for compensation owed to those who took Zantac, and never even knew it was dangerous to do so. Claims can be made for payment of medical bills, lost wages, pain and suffering, and other damages the drug caused.
