Rory Earley

Rory Earley – Chris’ wife – serves as the Director of the Chris Earley Cares program, the community impact initiative of Earley Law Group. With a lifelong commitment to service and a deep passion for lifting up others, Rory brings heart, humility, and hands on leadership to every aspect of the program.

Rory was the natural and only choice to lead this initiative. Long before she held the title, she for years has volunteered each week in the community, quietly showing up wherever help was needed. From organizing local drives, to supporting families in crisis, to pitching in at neighborhood events, she has always believed that even small acts of kindness can create a ripple effect of hope. Her consistent presence and genuine care made the decision easy. No one embodies the spirit of this program more authentically than Rory.

Rory holds two masters degrees from Suffolk University, where she developed a strong foundation in leadership, communication, and community engagement. Her academic background, combined with her real world dedication to service, allows her to guide Chris Earley Cares with both strategy and heart.

In her role, Rory oversees partnerships, develops service initiatives, and ensures the program remains rooted in its mission to make a meaningful, positive impact on the lives of people in our local community. She believes that a law firm should be more than just a legal service. It should be a force for good.
