Victims IDed in ejection crash on MA-140 in New Bedford

NEW BEDFORD, MA – Authorities have released the names of the two teens who were killed Saturday in an ejection crash in southeast Bristol County, reports WCVB 5.

Around 2 a.m., a 2019 Honda Civic crashed along Route 140 in New Bedford, which is approximately 58 miles south of Boston.

The accident killed 17-year-old Gabriel Bertolino Sequeira and 15-year-old Anne Urbanski Santos De Carvalho at the scene.

A third person in the vehicle required hospitalization for non-life-threatening injuries.

There’s no word yet regarding the cause of the collision.

The investigation is ongoing.
