Case Management:
Once your onboarding paperwork is complete, your case will be assigned to one of our case managers. If needed, they will send you our extensive list of trusted medical providers to ensure you receive proper care so you can get better. Additionally, they work directly alongside our attorneys to collect all the necessary documentation and keep you updated frequently on the status of your case.
Collecting Records and Bills:
Once your treatment is complete, our Director of Medical Information will request your medical records and bills needed to complete your demand package.
Wrapping up the Demand Package:
Your case manager will then create a demand package full of information, documentation, and records relating to your case.
Attorney Settlement:
The demand package is then sent to one of our attorney’s. They will then negotiate the terms of the demand with the insurance company to get you a fair and just settlement.
