The answer is, there is no answer. Every single case is different. There is no way to gauge the possible value of your case until your attorney has reviewed the police report of the accident (if there was one created), all medical bills and medical records, any lost wages (if there were any), whether you had sustained any permanent injured, and what your future medical expenses may be.
I think this is an interesting article that I found on www.nolo.com and it is called "How Much is Your Personal Injury Claim Worth?" Although I do not agree with everything in the article, I do think that it nevertheless provides some good information to Massachusetts injury victims.
