Passengers Injured in Massachusetts Motor Vehicle Accidents Should Be Paid

Passengers are injured each and every day in Massachusetts automobile accidents.  Obviously, if someone is a passenger in a vehicle, they can not be imputed with fault for the accident.  Well, although this is true, many passengers involved in Massachusetts auto accidents have trouble collecting money for their personal injuries.  The reason for this is that often the insurance companies that insure the drivers involved in the accident will point the finger at each other and claim that it was the other driver who was at fault for the accident.  Regrettably, when that happens, the passenger must file suit in order to force the relevant insurance companies to "pay up."

Passengers involved in Massachusetts auto accident should be paid.  Period.  They did not cause the accident, and should receive compensation for their losses following the accident.
