Obesity Claims May Be a Thing of the Past

The Associated Press has reported that the South Carolina legislature is soon scheduled to debate a law which would prevent suits filed on behalf of obese people against the restaurants that they claim caused, or at least substantially contributed to their obesity.  There are currently 21 states that have enacted similar legislation that insulates restaurants from these "obesity claims."
