My Unique Story
I am a family man, lawyer, and author.
My proudest accomplishment in life is being a father to my two young children. The reason for this is because my dad was not around for me. It’s not that he did not want to be around for me, it’s because he was too sick to be. He was a very good man. He unfortunately developed an addiction to alcohol which killed him.
My mother therefore became a single parent, and after being a stay-at-home mother for many years, she was suddenly forced to find a job and provide for the two of us. She hadn’t worked, or needed to work, in decades. She was now almost 50 years-old and joining the workforce.
My childhood provided me real lessons on the value of hard work. I know about seeing my mom truly struggle paycheck-to-paycheck. As a very young boy I saw her work odd jobs such as cleaning homes, and waiting tables at a diner, just to support the two of us. She worked her tail off and miraculously was able to sacrifice enough to be able to afford putting me in the best schools. That taught me my work ethic. It also taught me that you do anything to help support your children.
I live on the South Shore and am married to a wonderful woman named Rory. She always supports me and has been my rock from the moment I met her. Together we have an amazing, and curious 7 year-old son named Oliver. Our second child, Alice, is 4 years-old and melts our hearts every single day.
In my spare time I enjoy coaching my son’s baseball team, playing with Barbies and princesses with my daughter, as well as working out and staying in shape so I can keep up with my crazy kids.
Our Core Values
Besides my unique and personal story, what sets me apart from other lawyers is that my law firm provides FREE legal information. We do this through our books so you can make the best possible decisions for your legal issues. Client education is really important to us.
Please download any or all of these books today here, or, if you want a copy of any of our books mailed to you just ask us, and we will mail you one. We believe in not keeping our legal knowledge to ourselves, but rather to share it openly and freely in order to help people.
Our office also believes good communication is critical for every successful attorney/client relationship. To accomplish this we keep clients informed about their injury case each step of the way.
We also believe aggressive, ethical representation can ensure a successful case result. We strive to resolve each case prior to litigation. However, if we feel an insurance company is offering an unreasonable settlement amount to a client, we don’t hesitate to pursue litigation, assuming all other avenues have been exhausted. Litigation is only commenced with full client consent.
I have been named a Massachusetts Super Lawyer, which is one of the highest awards an attorney can achieve.
