Who We Are
Since 2004 The Law Office of Christopher Earley has been exclusively dedicated to handling only Massachusetts personal injury cases. Our Boston personal injury office has successfully handled hundreds of cases through settlement, mediation, arbitration, and trial.
We believe in providing each client personal and responsive representation. With our experience, resources and relentless commitment to your case, we strive to achieve the best possible outcome for each client we serve.
Our office believes good communication is critical for every successful attorney/client relationship. To accomplish that end we keep clients informed about their injury case each step of the way.
We also believe aggressive representation can ensure a successful case result. We strive to resolve each case prior to litigation. However, if we feel an insurance company is offering an unreasonable settlement amount to a client, we don’t hesitate to pursue litigation, assuming all other avenues have been exhausted. Litigation is only commenced with full client consent.
On a personal note, I live in downtown Boston and am married to a wonderful woman named Rory and we have a crazy, amazing, and curious 5 year-old son named Oliver, and our second child, Alice, is 2 years-old and melts our heart.
