My Unique Story
I am a family man, lawyer, and author.
My proudest accomplishment in life is being a father to my two young children. The reason for this is because my dad was not around for me. It’s not that he did not want to be around for me, it’s because he was too sick to be. He was a very good man. He unfortunately developed an addiction to alcohol which killed him.
My mother therefore became a single parent, and after being a stay-at-home mother for many years, she was suddenly forced to find a job and provide for the two of us. She hadn’t worked, or needed to work, in decades. She was now almost 50 years-old and joining the workforce.
My childhood provided me real lessons on the value of hard work. My mother worked her tail off and miraculously was able to sacrifice enough to be able to put me in the best schools. That taught me my work ethic. It also taught me that you do anything to help support your children.
I live on the South Shore and am married to my wonderful wife, Rory. She always supports me and has been my rock from the moment I met her. Together we have an amazing, and curious 7 year-old son named Oliver. Our second child, Alice, is 4 years-old and melts our hearts every single day. We are a tight family, and spend nearly all our free time together.
In my spare time I enjoy coaching my son’s baseball and basketball teams, playing with Barbies and princesses with my daughter, as well as working out and staying in shape so I can keep up with my crazy kids.
I have been named a Massachusetts Super Lawyer, which is one of the highest honors an attorney can achieve.
Our Core Values
We Believe In Giving Back to the Community
We believe we have an obligation to help our community since they have been so good to us. That is why we have partnered with the Greater Boston Food Bank. This is a fantastic organization that we stand by 100% because we believe no one should ever go hungry. Contact us today if you would like to join us in helping this very important cause.
We also proudly sponsor Hingham Little League. We believe all young people should have the necessary equipment and resources to play youth baseball. I played baseball when I was younger and now my son plays. We love supporting this great organization.
We Believe In Providing Free Legal Information To Everyone
Besides my unique and personal story, what sets my law firm apart from all the others is that we provides FREE legal information. We do this through our consumer guides so you can make the best possible decisions for your legal issues. Client education is really important to us.
Please download any or all of these books today here, or, if you want a copy of any of our books mailed to you just ask us, and we will mail you one. We believe in not keeping our legal knowledge to ourselves, but rather to share it openly and freely in order to help people.
We Believe In Good Communication
Our office believes good communication is critical for every successful attorney/client relationship. To accomplish this we keep clients informed about their injury case each step of the way.
We Believe In Aggressive Representation
We believe aggressive, ethical representation can ensure a successful case result. We strive to resolve each case prior to litigation. However, if we feel an insurance company is offering an unreasonable settlement amount to a client, we don’t hesitate to pursue litigation, assuming all other avenues have been exhausted. Litigation is only commenced with full client consent.
We are awfully proud of the Law Office of Christopher Earley Scholarship designed to help hard-working college students pay for college. This is one way our law firm likes to give back to the community. Please read about our scholarship.
